The MSCI Asia Pacific Index rose 0.2 percent to 125.1 at 9:41 a.m. in Tokyo after falling 1.4 percent at the end of last week. Futures on the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index rose 0.4 percent, indicating the gauge may rebound from its first weekly decline in six. Japan’s Nikkei 225 Stock Average gained 0.4 percent and Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 Index rose 0.2 percent.
